Why Wonder?

At Wonder Coaching, we offer individual and group coaching, consultation, workshops, group facilitation, and keynote speaking, all with the aim of helping you find clarity, meaning, and purpose. We partner with our clients to help them amplify their strengths and minimize the barriers that get in the way of their goals, their best selves, and their ideal work. Together, we will articulate a vision for growth and success, and design a roadmap to get there.

Micol has dedicated her career to helping people find their why and their way to the best, fullest, and most authentic versions of themselves. As an executive coach, consultant, and facilitator, she works with nonprofit leaders, educators, clergy, and communal professionals to help them increase their impact, maximize their potential, and live and lead with purpose. A seasoned educational leader, Micol has worked to elevate and reimagine nonprofit engagement and leadership for the last two decades, placing wonder, authenticity, and meaning at the center. Micol launched Wonder Coaching to help as many people as possible live their why and embrace wonder.
